Payment

We accept payments via PayPal and the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Turnaround Time

We try to ship orders out as quickly as possible. All of our products are hand-finished in our studio in Memphis, Tennessee. If what you are needing is time sensitive, please give us a call or send us an email so that we can try to accommodate your requests.

Shipping

Due to increased order volume and COVID-19, there may be a delay in processing and/or shipping your order. Thank you for your patience as we all navigate this difficult time.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Orders are shipped FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Saturday and priority delivery available upon request.

Karen Adams Designs is not responsible for delays in arrival resulting from carrier issues. We do our best to contact all shipping partners when a package seems to be lost or delayed, but suggest all customers reach out to the companies directly due to the volume of orders we experience during busy seasons. We promise all orders in the contiguous US placed by 12/9 will be shipped with a targeted arrival time on or before 12/24. After the items are picked up by the carriers however, delays are out of our hands.

All items damaged during delivery can be refunded or replaced, provided we have photographic evidence.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot re-route packages after they have shipped and will not resend items that were delivered to a different address than requested during checkout.

Tax

Retail orders shipped to a destination within Tennessee will be charged sales tax.

Returns

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund with the exception of our calendars. We do not accept any returns on the calendars unless the product is damaged or defective. Once we receive the returned item(s), the charge will be credit to you (however, shipping costs are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply to personalized orders. Personalized orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. Upon final approval, Karen Adams Designs cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to any and all errors (such as misspellings, etc.). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as it is shown. If errors are discovered after proof approval, Karen Adams Designs is required to charge for a reprint.

Promotions

Discounts cannot be combined on orders. Emailed discounts with unique codes have a 30-day eligibility period. Items previously purchased online are ineligible for price adjustments when promotions are offered - see Returns for details on returns.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you sell wholesale?

To place wholesale orders and receive wholesale pricing, please contact us to register for a wholesale account. Once you register, please submit a copy of your resale certificate as well as a photo of your place of business to hello@karenadamsdesigns.com.

All first-time orders by a wholesale customer must meet a $200 minimum. $100 minimum order requirement thereafter.

We accept credit cards only for wholesale transactions. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Retail orders shipped to a destination within Tennessee will be charged sales tax.

Orders & Returns

What is your turnaround time?

Because all of our products are handmade, orders typically ship out within two to three business days. We try to ship orders out as quickly as possible. All of our products are hand-finished in our studio in Memphis, Tennessee. If what you are needing is time sensitive, please give us a call or send us an email so that we can try to accommodate your requests.

*Please note during the holiday season, orders ship out between 7-10 business days. We recommend choosing expedited shipping at this time of the year. We will try our best to accommodate your needs!

What is your return policy?
