General

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal and the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Do you sell wholesale?

To place wholesale orders and receive wholesale pricing, please contact us to register for a wholesale account. Once you register, please submit a copy of your resale certificate as well as a photo of your place of business to hello@karenadamsdesigns.com.

All first-time orders by a wholesale customer must meet a $200 minimum. $100 minimum order requirement thereafter.

We accept credit cards only for wholesale transactions. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Retail orders shipped to a destination within Tennessee will be charged sales tax.

Orders & Returns

What is your turnaround time?

Because all of our products are handmade, orders typically ship out within two to three business days. We try to ship orders out as quickly as possible. All of our products are hand-finished in our studio in Memphis, Tennessee. If what you are needing is time sensitive, please give us a call or send us an email so that we can try to accommodate your requests.

*Please note during the holiday season, orders ship out between 7-10 business days. We recommend choosing expedited shipping at this time of the year. We will try our best to accommodate your needs!

What is your return policy?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within seven days of receipt for a refund with the exception of our calendars. We do not accept any returns on the calendars unless the product is damaged or defective.

Once we receive the returned item(s), the charge will be credit to you (however, shipping costs are non-refundable).

Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.

This does not apply to personalized orders. Personalized orders may not be cancelled or refunded once final proofs have been approved. Upon final approval, Karen Adams Designs cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to any and all errors (such as misspellings, etc.). By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as it is shown.

Do you offer discounts/promotions?

Discounts cannot be combined on orders. Emailed discounts with unique codes have a 30-day eligibility period. Items previously purchased online are ineligible for price adjustments when promotions are offered - see Returns for details on returns.

Shipping

What shipping options do you offer?

Orders are shipped FedEx, USPS, or UPS. Saturday and priority delivery available upon request.
